VCL Split 1 page error?

is this correct? two empty NA VCL '23 slots, Turtle Troop is relegated?

It is correct, 6 teams got invited back to play and 6 teams come from open qualifiers. 4 teams from open qual 1 and 2 teams from open qual 2. We don't know 2 of the teams coming back from last year. Faze core? TSM Core? New Org? Who knows. I wouldn't be surprise if one of those cores back out last minute or something happens and knights end up having to take an extra team from open qualifier 2 to move up to challengers.

Turtle Troop kept their spot due to them winning the relegation event.

Well we don't know if a roster will be made to obtain those spots.
To retain a spot you would need a roster made up of the core of a NA VCL 2023 team.
