the entirety of California which contains Riot HQ has been blown up and we just dont know it yet, thats why the Americas bracket still hasn't dropped for some stupid fucking reason so this theory is really the only reasonable explanation for this. The government is currently in shock rn and they dont know how to break the news to the public and everyone who witnessed the explosion in the surrounding states are too scared to speak up about it.
