NA GC / NA VCL Timing Conflict

In my opinion, this "conflict" is nothing to complain about.

If a GC team wants to play in VCL, they should not have the opportunity to "fall back" on the GC split as a back up, the same as the other teams. It would be unfair that a team loses in VCL, and then can just go back to farming GC.
GC is a place for marginalized people to find a safe place to start their career, not an ending. Riots end goal seems to be that, eventually, tier 1 valorant will be a co-ed place, but that wont happen if teams can switch from VCL to GC as they will.

Yes, GC should be its own circuit and you shouldn't be able to flip flop from it
