Since people under 18 cant play in vct, lets say theoretocally a team has a full roster of 16 yearolds and they end up winning ascension. Is riot fucked if that scenario happens.

What if they are just an FA team. Would they be able to just auction off their position like the g2 players or would riot just let the runner ups get in.

honestly don't have the answer to that one I would assume the FA team would be forced to join an org and they would collectively agree to a team don't think it would be auctioned

i heard 3/5 of the team is required to stay after winning ascension but in Finlad's case anything could happen

I thought that was only because the guard fucked everything also if a whole team of 16yo qualed what else would they do

if that rule was exclusive to TGRD then i guess it's likely that they'd give 2nd place ascension

wouldn’t riot just issue a disban to the team prior to ascension?

or lets say they did win ascension and since the age restriction they might just give it to the runner up no? its like the fpx issue in the past they rightfully qualified for icelands but since ukraine they couldnt and had TL to sub in

Unironically a really well thought out scenario;

they were really willing to just not let anyone ascend last year so they might unironically double down with that if it were to happen
