It’s time for Harbor buff

I think Harbor cove needs a buff. Maybe make it so you can see from inside but can’t see from outside. He’s a bit weak right now and unreliable in clutches. I think this will make it so you can clutch a 1v1 with a shorty or something. Thoughts?
