That's for the actual vct, I don't think that rule applies to this ascension. Look at how many other teams have more than one import and no subs
yeah iirc ascension teams are able to play with -18 y/o players while vct teams can't. it's only when they win ascension that they have to change rosters to adhere to those rules; i.e, what happened with Bleed
It should be those 2, one of the teams with a russian cracked player like Night Wings or Dragon Ranger could cause an upset
