Are you sure nothing else is running in the background? Maybe turn off background apps (if not done already) and check your taskbar for any other application running in the back

idk if its always like that, but for me just a quick restart works :/
if its always like that, idk what to say but if it just randomly happen, a restart should fix it

Try restarting. if your internet is fine then its definitely a game problem.
