They won't. But I just want to highlight the fact that content creators can make the game better by abusing certain features of the game, so riot can fix them sooner. For example, Kaemi, the marshal guy. He's been using this busted gun for like years and it's still not nerfed, we need more people like this. Odin is also busted, needs a nerf too. Instead of making cringe NRG content and 1000$ coaching (jollz hahah...), people should focus on making the game better AND also having good content.

Even the Odin needs a small nerf tho. People like Enzo abused it so much in Afreeca TV
