Meanwhile, all the other teams were just new and were playing there first offseason event.

your point really stands in 100T's case last year (everyone had new rosters, went undefeated in redbull tourney then to bombing out lcq). they hit their peak early and failed to stay keep up. Their main failure was coaching. But I think SEN has been looking great recently, hopefully they can maintain their form.

you'll call me coping for this one but subbing in and out with different players really makes a team have confidence issues and we could see that throughout this event for prx.
Talking about T1, Liquid they had only 2 players from their previous rosters.

I mean, you could argue that PRX was testing and trying to figure out what roles work etc, but I think that's hardly convincing enough to call Sentinels' win a "fluke". They played well and deserved the win.

Yeah. I'm pretty sure Team Liquid flew all across the globe just to play around and practice just like what they do every day back at their home considering sponsors are looking at their performance in A grade tournaments like Afreeca Tournament. Surely, they don't care about the prize pool or the sponsors or the TL fans.

nah they are going to madrid for sure....other teams will probably catch up later and sen might miss future events...but having a good synergy/practice before kick-off will definitely put them above the other teams at the start of the season

Beat PRX and DRX to get qualified and then have to played against TL and then on grandfinal against PRX full 5 maps without any advantage like map bans or anything even though PRX lost once on group stage but they didn't and still delivered 3-0. If you really think that this is a fluke then you are fuckin delusional. And I'm not a sen fan but this win is as convincing win as EG winning champ if not slightly more. Sure it's off season tournament trophy so it's not really meant that much anyway 🤣🗿
