Why do people still defend termi

Can somebody explain what you guys see in this fraud?

It reminds me of when people thought Tyron Lue was a good coach because Lebron James carried him for 4 years as the cavs head coach. Just because a team still yields some form of success does not mean the coach is a reason towards that success. Termi has had a couple years to win an international tournament with the amazing talent pool he has access to, but obviously something isn't working with him being the coach of DRX

he wants the same roster as 3 years ago for some odd reason and somehow convinces his bosses that this is the right way. imo he should give the younger prospects a chance
