Leo can't play anything other than initiator, shao literally plays every agent he even played jett in vct and was insane

Look at any team that has made it to top 1 and stayed there across both CSGO and Valorant.
All of them had a strong dedicated IGL, who usually was quite meh individually.
You can’t just get rid of boaster and expect fnatic to continue to perform
