I really want to watch virtuoso vs norcal esports. However Nerdstreetgamers is not streaming the match. Is there a way to view the match?

Unless one of the players stream the game, one of the coaches stream the games, or one of their friends watch by looking at the friends list. There isn't any other way to view the match except to just keep refreshing the page on vlr.gg.

I think some of the players might be streaming. Last time they were able to stream the 2nd round on their own so check their twitters and twitch maybe
