riot uses their brain rotting store to profit off of impulse buying. They want you to buy a skin or two now that look almost as cool to forget about the skin you actually want, then once your desired skin shows up in the store you'll be buying that too. Rinse and repeat.

nah honestly even if you have full knowledge of it, its hard to not give in since the whole idea is to target long time players and addicts. The downside for this though is that it doesn't target ppl with short playtimes before eventually quitting.

I woulda quit already if I didn't spend too much money on this game lolz maybe that's just an excuse I tell myself, but even the battlepass makes me wanna keep playing. This is why I'm never buying battlepass again, too much grind to complete something you already paid for. I also just recently upgraded all my skins, not all variants tho but honestly fuck riot for making everything grindy T__T

its actually genius too and it gets really hard once a new skinline shows up because that shit stays in your shop free to purchase at any time until the next patch drops. Like if you're waiting for a long time for a specific sheriff skin, then a really nice skinline shows up with a sheriff skin too, shits gonna get harder to hold back and continue waiting especially if you dont have any skins at all.
