This tweet is very interesting. Neon has an iron grip on low elo, everybody wants her ult nerfed. Nobody thinks Skye or KJ are overtuned. I also feel like most ranked players think Viper is bad because double controller doesn't exist, but most high elo players are aware that she's broken with the right comps.
