I'm currently sitting at a 60hz monitor, and I'm considering to upgrade it to 144hz or 240hz. So the main question is that is there a big difference between 144hz and 240hz(in valorant)?

144 to 240 is not as big of a jump as 60 to 144
240hz is definitely worth it if you can afford it, but 144 is still a fantastic option. if you're not just primarily gaming, I'd go for a 1440p 144hz over a 1080p 240hz

144 is a huge improvement over 60 where as 144hz to 240hz is a fairly minimal improvement in latency/ response time and probably not worth it depending on price increase in your market. I have 144hz 1440p and its the perfect balance of performance, visuals, and price.

240hz is definitely worth it if you can afford it. Don't get the cheapest monitors available, ghosting can ruin even high refresh rate monitors. Getting a higher refresh rate monitor also improves your aim a bit as your corrections will be smoother and faster

nah, I'm switching to a new monitor, because my current one got a bit fucked in the plain, so I gotta choose anyway ։D

if youre rich yea, if you arent then other things may be more important, just make sure your game actually runs above 240fps or else its pointless

the max i've played on is 75hz, can't even imagine 144 but people say once you go 144 you never go back
