They could have 0 indian players. You need to have 4 players from the Apac region and you can have one import. The only reason they are having One Indian is because they want to pretend to satisfy their Indian audience that, Hey look we still support the Indian scene. And we still want the scene to grow so here we will have One Indian player in the team
