What category does Pancc fit in? Because he expressed the desire to had sexual relationships with a minor but never actually did it (as far as we know). So he's more of a groomer than a pedo.

He is not a pedophile (at least based on the case that went public), she was a 15y posting underwear pics, that he met on a website destined for 18y+, who talked with him out of her free will and never actually met him or exchanged pictures.
AFAIK the definition for pedophilia, like the one from the Word Health Organization is of someone age 16+ who feels sexually attracted by pubescent teens and childs (usually 13 or younger).
