I realized I’ve been slacking at the gym lately, and I kinda wanna hold myself accountable to start going everyday. I can’t seem to find anything that helps with scheduling and since I have ADHD it’s hard to make things apart of my schedule.
Well since going on VLR is already basically apart of my daily routine I figured I can tie it in.
Starting now I’m gonna convince myself to go to the gym everyday, and I’ll comment day “x” after I’ve tried convincing myself each underneath this post. I’ll stop updating once I actually step my foot in the gym.

So consider this day 1.

What's your workout routine? Can only tell you something useful after that. Maybe you are not hitting your chest enough times, or with enough intensity, or not proper form, etc.

monday chest (moderate not a lot), tuesday back, wednesday arms and shoulder, thursday (legs) (literally like 3-4 exercises i cannot do a lot exercises after squats). friday rest since my legs are pretty sore

I do chest press, dumbell press, inclined dumbell and machine flies. its only been 3 weeks since i have started

Could be various things, not hitting it as hard as you should, not realizing you have energy left, wrong form, genetics even. For some people, certain areas of their bodies are harder to train than others.
