Should there be one or two so-called "Lower Divisions" below the 8-team Challenger League in VCL?
I feel like last year there were too few matches played between Tier 2 teams that are a part of Riot's official system (a.k.a. excluding 3rd party LANs), which is kinda strange because for other esports Tier 2 is where a heck ton of matches are played, usually much more matches than the top tier tournaments.
