It’s your mmr, ranking up isn’t supposed to be easy, it’s suppose to be a challenge , performing good in higher elo increases your MMR , ( not winning and playing like shit ) but the better you play increases

you need to get immo 1 50rr+ and end your act there to have your MMR fixed like this:

Gain - 21rr
Loss - 17-19rr

You started the act as Ascendant 1 and now you're close hitting immortal so till next act your mmr will stay the same as it is rn. So just make sure you end the act with more than 50rr in immortal and you'll be fine next act

its ok at least you dont get +10 per win and -30 per loss and derank despite positive winrate

like i peaked imm2 and now im d3 and im worried the game starts to think im actual diamond and give me worse rr gains

I think there's an mmr decay and also every act your mmr decreases by a small amount

it does, like he said you grind for it to improve, at the start of the next act you will have higher mmr if you continue to play good
