EG players ARE NOT the issue

1. George originally got it wrong and fixed his mistake (wrong by a huge margin) . Most people who are big names in the community are choosing not to believe this figure too.

2. Players have confirmed that their salary was not 25k per month.

3. The original purest report says that they would be able to explore their options, however they are not terminating contracts and can still ask for buyouts.

4. EG waited till after the start of the transfer window to tell the players about the pay cut meaning they lost time they couldve spent on negotiations.

5. EG has been a shady org in the past being currently in investigations for player neglect by riot.

6. The org told the players that they were special publicly right before mandating to cut their salaries.

7. We have no ideas what the royalties would be percentage-wise.

Please don't assume or vilify the players for something we have no info about.

even if riot should probably grant more stipends to EG, they don’t make anywhere close to 300k and what SHOULD happen is that riot enforces their contracts to be seen through

There is just 1 thing I'm missing. I would assume to lower the player salaries EG would have to renegotiate contracts with the players. How is it possible that players are getting a paycut while being contract jailed?

In theory if all 5 said they don't wanna take the paycut does that not force EG to keep them since they can't afford the salaries of 2 main rosters?
