it's kinda confusing because riot hasn't announced the list of franchised teams yet so it's short of a mix of tier 2 tournament and off season event for tier 1 (like edg, blg, fpx). maybe weibo just wanna make sure they get into franchise regardless the announcement of franchised team? idk
