i wonder what will happen now that he isn't the leader of the team, will he clash with the new head coach? or will the new coach conform to boaster (like mni) and let him be the leader + coach ?

Boaster will most likely have a high level of influence on who they pick as a head coach.
It is important they find an igl that approaches the game in the same way.
So it is unlikely (not impossible) that the head coach will clash stylistically with mini.
Though smaller disagreements wouldn't be uncommon in this job.
its important that they DONT approach the game in the same way. there needs to be some differences with the way champs played out. they need to learn how to play loose, and incorporate all maps if possible.
FNATIC have the most flexibility in terms of choosing a style. Why? they have the best player quality, so the mistakes they make aren't as detrimental as they would be for another team. teams with mediocre player quality have to play in a certain way to maximise their ability, in turn making them more predictable.
