Capable organizations denied entry to Franchising

Don’t you think it’s crazy that a year back organizations like Optic, Xset, etc. were denied entry to Franchising because they were not stable enough for Riot to enter the Franchising system and now a year later majority of these NA orgs are just trying to create budget friendly teams, cause they are running out of money

there is a fair bit more too it than just how stable they were financially, though that could be the case for xset....
