The minimum annual salary for Service Providers must meet both of the following requirements (the “ Minimum Salary Requir ements ”): (i) match or exceed $50,000 USD for Americas, €50,000 EUR for EMEA, or ₩67,000,000 KR W for Pacific (the “ VCT Minimum ”) for all T eam Members on the T eam Entity's Active Roster and the Head Coach, and (ii) comply with all minimum compensation requirements under Applicable Law . For Service Providers who wish to be paid in their local currency (i.e., Brazilian Real for Service Providers from Brazil), the Esports Service Agreement may be denominated in the local currency and must pay the Service Provider at least the VCT Minimum using the exchange rate between the local currency and the currency of the League (USD, EU, KR W) as of the date of signing.
