It'll come eventually. Don't even worry about it.
For now the game is growing still and once it's gotten to a point Riot Games considers it OK they're probably gonna hit it with all-year round leagues. I would say they'll find a different format than League, something similar to ELEAGUE from CS if I had to take a guess.
For now let's just ask for decent spray patterns and not rng ones :)

exactly, had valorant had a franchised league we wouldn't have seen V1 destroy everyone in stage 3 challengers
