Val community is kinda childish and hltv community is kinda racist so I would lean towards vlr. Being an 0G vlr member and yeah this is my third account and I'm from the day when babysasuke has 100 posts I can confirm vlr is better than hltv .
Vlr ui is much easier to use
User experience > everything
hltv clears better ranking better rating(stats) more team stats
Hltv is older so it really makes sense why it has more features
