what we know:

Riot overturned the decision stating:

they can individually pursue orgs (which was still the case before)

or

they can present an org for franchise

however, we also know that geddes said: they will not pursue an org (as a 5)

so this means: Americas will not get an 11th slot. what happens to that extra slot? is it just gone until next year??

C9 and NRG are all having finiancial issues which means they are trialling players, https://imgur.com/a/dAYHK7T, 100t in the same position.

probably because if it didn't work out with other org trials they all had a safety net to fall back on and were guaranteed franchise
