The chances of everyone going their own ways is extremely low, because they know the grass isn't greener on the other side.
Look at Sentinels, you can't throw world class players together and expect a magic run. Paper Rex have an amazing foundation that they need to bolster with whatever, a new player, psychiatrist, nutrionist, wellness coach whatever is expected
