So when Toast was making his team, his 2 superstars were supposed to be 2 rookies Demon1 and Clear. But while trialing the other players to see who gets on the team before singing contracts, they were scrimming many other teams (just before signing contracts) and one of the teams was EG.

Later Toast said he wanted to sing Clear and Demon1 and was ready, but then Demon1 got asked to trial for EG reserve team. In the end he got signed
Toast at the time was very angry at the org EG https://clips.twitch.tv/CaringVainPeachArgieB8-IxyGwZa3tGG39E-H and made a mini drama out of it and poked at them for fun. After a while he realised how nice all the EG players and coach were and felt bad for how he made jokes about them being bad.
But Toast never faulted Demon1 himself for choosing the better option for his career and is extremely proud of him and now Demon1 shares the same feeling
