What the fuck did I just read??? I am a Neon main now. Also, no changes to Raze's kit?? That's fucking bonkers.

Edit: Jett's ult is indirectly nerfed considering the updraft nerf and yet they increased the ult orbs for it. What is Riot trying to do here? Maybe they want more Reyna and Neon in pro play now but it's just going to be Raze over and over. Also, I think it has something to do with the new duelist to appear at the end of this year.

Everything is nerfed. Seems the utils became a bit wild for their taste. Glad they had the onus to pull the level back down after a year of power creep.

More games should do this, btw. Nerf everything to lower the overall power level.
