teams shouldn't invest in t2/t3 talent they should invest in the t2/t3 scene, scouting, tournaments, academy teams etc
no reason to just sign t2/t3 players js because, however, the scene has talent and since NA and EU doesnt have the same esports backing as asian countries yet its kinda on orgs to promote youth
