How are the permits to ask remote questions handed out, I don't want to be disrespectful but I think its safe to say that some people do not come fully prepared (asking repeating questions, using shit microphones, not knowing how to join etc.) or don't have the base level of English necessary. I believe that the conference could massively improve with use of translators or simply better selected people <3

'base level of english', so how are BRAZILIAN reporters meant to ask LOUD questions?
how are KOREAN reporters meant to ask DRX questions?
the fact that these reporters even try to speak english is very respectable because they dont have to

English is not my first language,

I am not asking for only english natives to be able to ask questions, I am asking for people to come prepared or for organizations to select the right reporters.
