If the teams facing each other are both #1 seeds of their region then the Team A & B is decided through coin toss in the vetos?

yes. Whoever picks the right side gets to chose between Team A and Team B

So the map veto for prx vs eg would totally be based off the coin toss since whoever wins will go for team A, and if prx win they can ban fracture since eg permaban is haven which is also prx permaban but if eg win they can ban bind and prx ban haven .

Yes but you would pick team B so you can ban Second and pick second.

No point in being team B in that match , EG know prx will fracture so they wont be team B, Prx also wouldnt want to be team B because then eg would ban bind first . If prx win the toss the maps played would be lotus pearl ascent. If eg win toss then maps played would be fracture lotus/bind pearl . This is based on the assumption that prx stick to haven permaban

are you okay in the head?
Firstly both EG and PRX insta ban Haven so whichever team bans haven the other team will have the advantage for the ban.

If prx win then they will go team B. I am yet to see a single team who wins the coin toss go with team A.

Lets say EG ban Haven like they always do then thats good for you since then you can ban fracture. This gives Team B the advantage, now lets say EG pick Pearl which they do often as their first pick, this is prx's best map so they can simply chose another map in which they are good at and EG are not. Then EG will have the choice between 3 maps and which one to ban, lets say they ban Bind this leaves prx to choose what map is last whereas EG can only leave it down to 2 maps.

Basically when you choose team B you can play around what your opponents choose or ban whereas if your team A you can't play around your opponents.
