he has a good aim, but idk if he should change role. He is the best controller in Americas and from my pov he is the most consistent player in nrg, he is just to good with controller he needs to stay at this role

Good aim does not mean that person should be a duelist. All players should have good aim; a lack thereof has to be made up for with something else (eg an IGL's aim suffering because they are paying attention to the broader game rather than on what's in front if them)

he was good with raze in old nrg. but the team was just that bad
