I'm not left-handed, sorry but you should probably take a look at left-handed mouse since regular ones are expected to not be comfortable

use the g pro wireless, im also left handed but i use my right hand. its a very good shape

From my experience claw grip is more uncomfortable with larger mice

arrow keys to move - numpad 1 to walk, numpad 2 to 1st gun, numpad 3 to 2nd gun, del for 1st ablity, end for 2nd ,pgdn for 3rd, numpad 4 for ult, numpad 5 for map, shift for pickup orb, scroll well to jump, scroll well down to knfie, i think thats it? im not sure lmk if theres more
