One is to just reward much less for beating no-name teams and much more for beating high-ranking teams (basically a more extreme version of what we have now). The second option is to have the rankings reset after each stage, basically signaling the start of a new "season" of valorant. This would prevent teams like FaZe from just sitting in the top six after one good tourney run.

that mean the people who don't play it2 tourments (for example SEN) would start losing points while a t2 team will not decay because their playing in tourments

Lower tier tournaments should fetch much lower points. Probably also add faster decay for low tier tournaments.
