7 rounds B rush non-stop from PRX. EDG mid-rounding exposed. They're too slow to adapt tbh.
Watch the game. They had 2 timeouts and tried to adjust.
- KK has successfully lurked up behind B main. How does the team not get the most advantage out of it?
- They clear mid, they have info that PRX are stacking B main most probably. How does everyone react?
-the KK lurk needed a miracle to work, only thing he could have done is peek and kill, he couldn't stall with util
-most of the times the anchors and set-ups were getting exposed, the rotations weren't bad at all, they caught PRX multiple times but couldn't capitalize cause the site players were already dead
-they just didn't figure out how to combat the B-rush, mid-rounding was not an issue
first point is complete dogshit and is just wrong. He could use a smoke and back off but instead he went for another aim duel. As long as kk is alive and doesn't die prx either have to push him or hold him. If they hold him thats 1 or 2 players that are occupied by him and so that player can't help his team on site. Also edg had numbers during this time.
In your second point it is true that the anchors and set-ups were getting exposed and edg were dying in site alone on fracture a lot but not so much on pearl. The rotations were very good from edg, I agree with that but they didn't "catch" prx. Could u please give me an example of when they caught prx but couldn't capitalize since the site players were dead?
Last point is true
-we didn't have POV but from my understanding he went in again because PRX was just ignoring him and raining down on the defuser, the longer he just stays there doing nothing the longer PRX has an advantage
-they caught them in mid or a/b link duels or early main agrressions but then would just get wiped out by jing reclearing them with his flashes, although a couple of rounds they would just swing for no apparent reason
NRG couldnt adapt to 8 rounds by PRX bind 5 man hookah exec. It was their elimination match.
that was firepower diff. EDG looks certainly better than NRG mechanically
it still shows they couldnt adapt since they kept playing ardiis chamber on A while they kept getting destroyed on B
maybe but im still not sure on their consistency, if they win a game in playoffs then for sure here as well
Prob not NRG, even with giants level antistratting the pure mechanical skill of the players just overpowers the strats

If all of the players get their form back, EDG is definitely a top 5 team. But only 1 or 2 of them are there in the past series, so maybe I will put them at 6-8.
DRX vs EDG can give us most clear picture of their level
