With so many players and orgs being against the Tier 2 system and Leo Faria being so adamant about keeping it that way, surely he realizes that he might jist be delusional on how T2 works?

riot's accountants have worked out what will be most profitable for them over a set period of time, this is what influences these decisions

he said some format changes are coming right? But I think the community is a bit deluded ab how T2 should work, it should really be a talent funnel for a few players at a time to get to T1. It never really will be self-sustaining due to it's nature as the lower tier of competition, and now that teams are realizing how risky going for ascension is I could see some pulling out

the format changes are looking good with there being trusted rumours that there will be 3 splits next season and many other actual decent changes
he literally said they will annouce major changes soon, let the man live people

yes Partnered Chinese team + Chinese Tier 2, thats why tier 2 system reworks have to wait till next year so rules applies to ALL region.
