Everything about the production, including venue, stage, crowd capacity, lighting, crowd cameras, player cams, replays, observers as well as the crowd itself has felt like a normal VCT Americas match. I am not even exaggerating, that's the level it's been at and it makes me wonder what Leo Faria was talking about when he referred to this as their most ambitious work yet.

Even the viewership was low yesterday b/w FUT vs T1, like dont they get nobody is interested in watching these orgs who are neither close to winning this event nor bringing viewership. Instead just give these slots to Sentinels/100T or any clouted org atleast they bring in the viewership. Also stop giving EMEA 5 slots its simply wasted on teams who get grouped and also do not provide viewership

Franchising can only do so much to help boost viewership. The teams have to make it to tournaments based on their own skill.

Typical NA monks like you can't handle criticism. It's one thing letting an event be a lackluster and not on par with a less important prior event, and it's another claiming for it to be the most ambitious production of theirs so far. That warrants a comparison and so I did that with Masters Tokyo. Like have you seen how hype it was whenever someone clutched and the players looked good in the player cams. One of the biggest reasons why the top 10 plays video was top notch quality.

They do show player cams but it's not set up the same way as before. Last time the lighting towards the players was better and the camera positioning too. I liked every single thing they did in masters tokyo, it was pretty much perfect especially the crowd.

The crowd is the big part. Where is the hype? tokyo had hype even for group matches. These guys are silent as a mouse. The timings dont help.
