Still wonder what would tier1 CSGO pro be like in Valorant. Names like s1, zywoo, niko, how would they play this game, with which agent, and of course their impact in the game. Would they be best in this game they would flop

JJfriends [#3]Needs to adjust valorant is more confusing with different types of utility
yeah it's even harder than Val I think, what this guys would do with that much utility, ofc it's hard to predict
it doesnt depend how good they are in CS. what matter is how good they are at adapting. CS and val are very similar but also extremely different. T1 CS pros could probably beat lower ranked teams on aim duels alone but they wont be able to rely on aim alone. same thing for a val pro moving to CS
if u want to be a pro on csgo , u need to be very skilled player
most valorant pros are 9-10 level on csgo.(cned for expample)
csgo pros will dominate valo
justron40 [#8]it's different game, i think they will be shit
Bro derke also was a CS player but he dominates Valorant. How that works? He was nobody in CS, look at his stats, poor performances against top 100 teams, but he's godlike in Valorant, how you say it's different game, they can't aim or position when it's different game or what?
JJfriends [#3]Needs to adjust valorant is more confusing with different types of utility
yeah and val movement is weird like the counter strafing

two very different games
This is a dumb question. If they work hard and get good opportunities they will be at least decent

derke started the game when it released, the later you start converting into val the more you have to catch up which might inhibit your abilities, the meta changes like 10 times in a season
If they switched in the beginning or towards first year and actually practiced not like nivera they would do well. The problem is the game is way too different now and meta shifting as top teams are getting ahead more.

bro not understand its different game lol. Its really not similar in terms of how it feels to aim or move and utility is massively different.

tbf cs's mechanics are like 5 times harder than Valorant but I agree. saying cs pro would be shit at valorant is copium. sure at the beginning, util will spook them a bit but when they get used to it, cs pros would be at least at the same level as the current val pros
jawn [#13]derke started the game when it released, the later you start converting into val the more you have to catch up which might inhibit your abilities, the meta changes like 10 times in a season
Ofc we are talking about someone who comes and plays at least 6 month with practice, not with 1 day experience
jawn [#2]Ethan is a very good indicator of what they would play like
yeah and honestly hes egs rock

Yeah bro that's what I also predict, but you never know right, they can be shit too

any non-cs pro can be decent with 6 months practice
sank3tsu [#21]cope
your brazilian pros got dogwalked by a 17 year old kid that used to play rust before valorant
for cs pros to transition u need to give them probably a year to learn all of the util and abilities. aim wise they r already better but who knows with the val guns. val ppl have no shot at going to cs no matter how much time u give them
jawn [#22]your brazilian pros got dogwalked by a 17 year old kid that used to play rust before valorant
u know that 80% or more , of the valorant pros from Tier 1-2 used to play csgo , right ? I agree that the game is different and everything , but i do think that SOME players would be a menace , but players like S1mple wouldnt get used to it

didn't argue with that, just saying being a cs pro doesn't offer you that much anymore, this ain't 2021

i just think that cs is the game that can contribute with more experience than any other game ( Maybe R6) , Calls , Understanding of the game , Strategies and everything , just my opinion tho . Also , i do not think its that hard to adapt to valorant at the moment

all cs provides is some very elementary tactical fps fundamentals that are easily taught, anything more than that valorant is a completely different game

Fine bro , i wont discuss with u

but he is not tier 1 csgo player tho.
