a. no he wasnt
b. on raze, his utility is subpar (not as good as derke), his movement is subpar (not as good as jinggg), his ults are mistimed and cant zone well enough (not as good as sayf)
c. he plays neon better than raze and more often than raze, while he does have a higher individual rating on raze, those are the maps loud lost

d. i dont mean disrespect by calling him 1trick, its just that his jett peak is probably the best in the world and loud/sen/prospective team should learn to take full advantage of that instead of just telling him to play raze more often

while he can play great himself on any agent he chooses, his utility that game on pearl vs 100t was mistimed, missed destinations and was hasty and poorly communicated (note comms vid). this trend continues in his older games during the season too
he is unable to use that agent to either set up his primary duelist and/or create meaningful space in the way that a zekken breach or sacy skye or leo sova can do as an initiator

I'm gonna have to respectfully disagree with this. His kayo was actually pretty good and was noted by multiple analysts and commentators as being surprisingly impactful specifically with his flashes during retakes. I do think it's bound to get better overtime though.

"sucks at kayo util" idt a professional team with coaches will decide to run him on kayo if his util is terrible LOL he played fine on it and had really good rating and just because you saw a few mishaps doesnt make him bad, you wanna talk about the number of times ethan flashed himself or his team or had bad nades? you cant have picture perfect util everytime and tenz did very well considering the time he has had with the agent

Something was always goat,but Japanese tier 1 would not recruit him just to not have language barrier issue, he also got offer from Tier 1 in EMEA he declined cuz Japan $$ more

Demon1 is goat, also he got kinda polished by eg staff to even play freely, remember that during start of season he didnt played that good, also, there are tier 2 players who have been playing competitively for years, they will rarely have abnormal growth like demon1.

Demon1 is at the same spot as something1, they were mechanically god just needed to fix some tactical problems and team fundamentals, fixed, gg.

fym abnormal growth? Demon1 was insane even before EG. Obv not every Tier 2 player would cut it in franchise but there are definitely a some players like johnqt that 100% could perform at a Tier 1 level.

Writing off a certain player just because they play in Tier 2 is absolutely absurd and straight up disrespectful to the whole Tier 2 ecosystem

bro being mechanically good it will not make you good at a high level that easily, we all saw a lot of players mechanically good that when they changed to a new team, their performance drops, few manage to maintain the level, what I said was that demon1 joined the correct team that integrated him correctly to use his str correctly.
