se tu tiver net boa no BR, meu amigo q mora na paraiba tem uns 32 de ping no BR e no NA pega 78.
mas a rota dele eh mto boa, esqueci qual nome da provedora.
tem umas provedoras no nordeste q tem a rota mto pica pro NA que da pra jogar tranquilo la, eu jogava apex no NA por causa disso.
