For the first few weeks of any agent release, all regions test them out. So you see a surplus of that agent played in ranked. Most high ranked players are quick to dismiss the agent if they feel they dont suit their playstyle unless they see some creative stuff cooked up in tourneys. Literally why harbor/viper became meta on pearl when it was vct. When pearl was released, Astra was the definitive controller, now it has gone back to it due to changes. Maybe in champs after some teams experiment with deadlock you will see more deadlocks being locked in on said streams.
Or just they have a main and are lazy to change it lol
But NA pro teams were using harbor in scrims (they learned from LOUD), so the the NA pros were then using it in ranked since they needed to practice it to the max for their pro games.
That's what i expect to see in EU ranked. If it's used in scrims, it shows in ranked. If it's not seen in radiant ranked like almost NEVER, that means it's not in scrims. As pro players like to practice the newer agents that they're using in scrims in ranked, to get used to the agent to the max.
That's why i'm asking about regions' deadlock radiant ranked presence
