Sova buff

Bring back 3 pings on drone tag but keep the hp nerf.

2 drone tags doesn't give you enough time to clear out the location of whoever was pinged, too much time for the guy to reposition

rito can we please bring back the raze double nade, that would b pretty fye no?

as a sova main I think his ult should have 3x aoe and deal 500 dmg per shot
