Is it just me or valo pros for the past couple of years struggle maintaining a certain level of pro play consistency. Compared to CS, I would say it's so hard to even make a solid top 10 player list rn.

There are a few players who have been consistently a top player throughout their careers.
Valorant is still in its infancy and the game is developing quickly.
It is also a game which has a changing meta. In 2022 a passive chamber playstyle was dominant which no longer works.
