we got so much raw talent but we really need a good mentor/igl to lead & polish them, sadly we dont have any... maybe pAura? he might not be the best but he has the experience

Yeah i agree. Need way better IGLs and coaches.

Potential is good to have but most players never reach their ceiling.
It will be a while until we see another young turkish player get an opportunity as good as what alfajer got.
Fnatic are a great org/team in terms of developing and integrating players.
The main problem is the lack of good quality system/mentors in the turkish scene to help develop all the talent.
Most of them will become good players but they may never become world class, especially not as quickly as alfajer has managed.
