I sleep around 7 hours.
My record was 18 hours. Slept around 12:00 and and woke up around 7 of the next day.

8 hours average almost on the dot
my recommendation is to figure out your wakeup time, let's say 8am
roll back 8 hours, so 12am is when you want to be asleep by
30 minutes before then you should be in bed attempting to sleep (11:30pm)
30 minutes before then you should stop screentime and if needed take a sleeping pill like melatonin (11pm)
