I study, work, play val and try to have social life... so normally I dont have enough time to sleep

i fucking hate it when people say "yeah i get like 4 hours" and think they're fucking cool it pisses me off
While I do agree w u I think 12 is the other side of unhealthy sleep patterns.

somehow i manage to always be tired when i wake up no matter how much i sleep so i end up going back to sleep multiple times after i wake up. 12 is just when i get out of bed
the 15 hour sleep i got after my last semester exams pulling 2 all nighters in a row
i have a difficulty on waking up early when i dont have any obligations to do, like im on college vacation rn and today i slept 12 hours
I usually sleep around 7 hours (1am to 8am).
My record was 16 hours. Slept around 10pm and and woke up around 2pm of the next day. HUGE sleep cause didn't sleep for 3 half days, weather was SCORCHING HOT despite 3x daily shower.
7.5 hours (12:30 am - 8:00 am) on weekdays
8 hours (2:00 am - 10:00am) on weekends
2am - 10am everyday, drink 1L of water as soon as I wake up and I literally never feel tired
8 hours average almost on the dot
my recommendation is to figure out your wakeup time, let's say 8am
roll back 8 hours, so 12am is when you want to be asleep by
30 minutes before then you should be in bed attempting to sleep (11:30pm)
30 minutes before then you should stop screentime and if needed take a sleeping pill like melatonin (11pm)

im an insomniac and even doin shit like this doesn't help, i just stare at my ceiling for like 2 hours
6-7 hours on weekdays, 8-9 hours on weekends.
My goal fhis coming year is to increase my weekday sleep to 7-8 hours
