14/16 series were 2-0's and most of these 2-0's weren’t even close

Whereas the APAC games were pretty close most of the times and the skill gap between teams weren’t as big as the americas ascension

EMEA hasn’t started the playoffs yet so I can’t say EMEA tier 2 > Americas tier 2 but I do think the playoffs will be a lot closer for EMEA

Yo just because the skill gap was closer doesn’t mean the teams are better

That’s like saying because the skill gap between fnatic/liquid and the rest of plumbers league is much bigger than prx/drx and apac that APAC T1 >> EMEA T1

My opinion but apac is by far most intresting and entertaining tier 2.

apac is the best ascension so far and its not even close, but i blame the americas format because 3 from each region and a play-in was a solid format (but rito wanted to save money as always), that way we could´ve see adverso on LAN and groups couldnt be just seeding.

apac was entertaining but you can't really rank them until next year

Not Navi going 7-2 and should've been 8-1 as well lol

I think there's much more depth in T2 pacific, but again, T2 Americas is just better. Only bleed I can see being at the level of tgrd, m80, union and mxm.

They have many good teams in naos, oasis, fancy, Scarz, jadeite, Dplus, boom, MiTH, but all of these teams seem to be missing something, and I believe they are more to the level of 9z/oxg, rather than the former.

So yes, pacific is definitely the deepest, but I wouldn't call them the best

You're right the skill gap being closer doesn’t always mean the teams are better however

I think APAC ascension teams are better than LATAM and BR (maybe even The Union) ascension teams

If you put m80, union, etc on apac ascension I think they have pretty high chance of winning

It’s just that M80 and guard are so good that it makes the other teams look shit.

Fusion would probably do average but 9z 00Nation and The Union would dogwalk most asia t2 teams save for Bleed and Scarz

atleast for playoffs I think the single elimination bracket made it more tense to watch
