They have potential talents there its just the esport market and infrastructure is not there and the population don't think esports is something that ppl should go in as an actual career. Literally its shamed on and look down upon there why would kids grind games there if the opportunity to make a lot of money is not there in that region. India and China views on esports is completely different lol you can't compare those two countries.

Exactly lol. People dont go for a career in esports because there is no org or support from the state to develop an infrastructure through investment. People wont make any money because there is no money. There are other avenues which are explored there because those are developed. Investment and interest in the society go tow to tow, and infact it is the constant investment in the scene by interested groups which keeps the interest from the general populace to not die. China does it because it controls Tencent and also Riot.
